Wheat Gluten
Vital wheat gluten is made by washing wheat flour dough with water until all the starch dissolves, leaving behind the insoluble gluten. It is extremely high in protein (75% plus). We use vital wheat gluten in our line of Tofurky® products.
We do not use wheat gluten sourced from China in any of our products.
