The processes we use to make these products are also more labor intensive, like using actual Smoke instead of liquid smoke, but our intent is to product the best flavored and textured product possible. It is a little more work to make these products, but the results are worth it!

We now offer our famous Tofurky Roast shaped into three old world sausage flavors. Like all our products, these sausages get their great texture and flavor from our unique combination of Tofu, vital wheat gluten and other quality ingredients. Unlike the smaller dogs on the street, these dogs are not made from soy powders or concentrates. Real Tofu is our Soy Protein! Finally there is a product vegetarians can SIZZLE on an outdoor grill (also microwaves well)!

Tempeh is a fermented soy product from Indonesia. Tempeh has about twice the protein as Tofu and a meatier texture. Made with Certified Organic Ingredients.

Suggested Uses: Stir Fries, Chili, Spaghetti Sauce, No Chicken Salad, Sandwiches, Bacon Substitute, Taco or Burrito Filling.

These burgers are big. They measure 4" across and are a full quarter of a pound (4 oz.) in weight with beautiful grill marks on one side for a nice presentation. Made from a unique process, these burgers are marinated so they are juicy and full of flavor, not pumped out of a patty machine. And they are made with ORGANIC soybeans and grains.

Suggested Uses: Heat on hot, lightly oiled grill. Cover with Soy or Cow Cheese, steam and serve with grilled onions and mushrooms for a Gourmet Veggie Burger.

Smoked in a Real Smokehouse, some vegetarians have sent these back to the kitchen because they thought they were given meat by mistake !
