In 1999, we added a set of Wishstixs as a fun addition to our famous Tofurky Vegetarian Feast. Made from "Tofurky Jurky", Wishstixs were an overnight success!

Customers kept calling and asking when this product would be available on its own. Responding to this demand, we now offer Tofurky Jurky in Original and Peppered varieties.

We take our Famous Tofurky Roast Recipe, marinate it in non genetically engineered soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice and evaporated cane juice overnight and smoke it in our own smokehouse on the banks of the Columbia River where jurky making has been a way of life for centuries.

The "Jurky" is then vacuum-sealed under controlled conditions to insure freshness. The result is this delicious, chewy, lightly smoked snack that is high in protein, low in fat and free of any animal products.

"As a vegan thru-hiker on the Appalachian Trail, I am often asked how I get enough protein in my diet.
I just smile and offer them some of my Tofurky Jurky. Its great taste and high protein content never fail to impress my fellow hikers."
