Chick'n Apple Sausage Saute



A delicious way to serve up our Artisan Chick'n Apple Sausages.


3 T Canola Oil
1 pack Tofurky Chick'n Apple Sausage
1 med. Onion, cut and julienned
1 Carrot, peeled & sliced
1 Bok Choy Cabbage, cleaned & chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/4 C Marsala Wine
1/4 C Vegetable Stock
1/4 C BBQ Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste


In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Place sausages in pan and brown for a few minutes on each side. Remove sausages from pan. Saute the onion and carrots for a few minutes, stirring occasionally until they begin to brown.

Add cabbage and saute for another few minutes. Add garlic to pan and stir in. Deglaze the pan with Marsala Wine and add the Vegetable Stock and BBQ Sauce.
Let simmer for two more minutes. Cut sausages if desired and add them to the pan.
