Binis Tofurky Chorizo and Guacamole
Delicious with salsa and chips!
2pk Tofurky chorizo 1lb gaucamole
Saute chorizo lightly
Place in dish and cover with gaucamole.
Refrigerate for 30min before serving.
Keep the bowl on ice during the show. People could enhance with vegan sour cream, a bit of salsa and chips if you wanted.
