Sesame Garlic Chick’n Noodle Bowl

Dinner option for that next party? We think so! White miso brings a sweet touch to our sesame-garlic marinated chick’n. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds to really make this dish pop. Serve it up and enjoy!

Makes 4 servings

what you’ll need:

6 ounces buckwheat soba noodles
2 tablespoons white miso paste
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Half English cucumber, thinly sliced into matchsticks
Half red bell pepper, thinly sliced into matchsticks
3 green onions, sliced
1 package Tofurky® Sesame Garlic Chick’n

how to make:

1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together miso, vinegar, and oil. Add noodles along with all remaining ingredients, and toss until well combined. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds if desired.
