Tandoori Chick’n Sliders

Impress your dinner guests with a tray of our global inspired sliders. They’re all dressed up with our homemade raita which so nicely compliments the Indian six-spice blend in our Tandoori Chick’n. Top with fresh jalapeño or serrano chilies to really heat things up! These are sure to impress!

Makes 4 servings

what you’ll need:

¼ cup plain, unsweetened non-dairy yogurt
¼ cup minced seedless cucumber
¼ cup chopped cilantro, divided
¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon sea salt
4 slider buns, warmed
4 tomato slices
1 package Tofurky® Tandoori Chick’n

how to make:

1. To make raita, thoroughly combine yogurt, cucumber, 2 tablespoons cilantro, cumin, and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Warm Tandoori Chick’n according to package directions.
3. Assemble sliders by evenly distributing Tandoori Chick’n on the bottom half of each bun. Top with raita, tomato, and remaining cilantro. Cover each with the top bun.

  1. Yum! This was really delicious. I did use Just Mayo instead of yogurt because the plain almond yogurt I had was way too sweet. And I squeezed a little lemon juice in there.
