HONEY CURRY BAKE

This easy but elegant dish is sure to please with its spicy-sweet sauce when served over rice.

1/2 cup light honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. Turtle Island Soy or Wild Rice Tempeh
1 - 12 oz. can of mandarin oranges, drained or 1 - 12 oz. can peach slices, drained

  1. Mix honey, mustard, curry and salt in a shallow bowl.
  2. Slice Tempeh into thin triangles as pictured.
  3. Dip each piece of Tempeh in sauce to coat well. Arrange in oiled 6" x 10" baking dish
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, turning and basting twice with extra sauce.
  5. Top with oranges or peach slices and serve over rice.
