TEQUILA TEMPEH
- 8 oz. Turtle Island Soy Tempeh
¼ cup oil
¼ cup tequila
¼ cup rice vinegar
2T lime or lemon juice
1 T ground red chilies
½ tsp salt
2 cloves garlic minced
1. Cut tempeh into thin cubes and marinate in above marinade for at least 2 hours(longer imparts more flavor)
2. Skewer and grill with veggies over hot grill or saute lightly in oil until golden brown.
3. Serves 3.
