Original Tofurky Jurky
To create our Tofurky Jurky, first we marinate our Jurky in GMO-free soy sauce, garlic, lemon juyice and organic evaporated cane juide, then we slowly smoke it over red hickory chips where it obtains the unique, natural smoky flavor of real jerky. The Jurky is then cut into think strips and vacuum sealed under controlled conditions to insure freshness. Tofurky Jurky is a delicious, chewy, smoked snack, packed with protein, low in fat and free of any animal products. Pefect for every on-the-go lifestyle.
