Andouille (pronounced "ahn-DOO-wee") is a spicy, Louisiana specialty sausage commonly served in both buns (called po’ boys) and over rice and veggies in jambalaya. In this vegan version of the typically beef or pork sausage, we added roasted poblano peppers and wheat berries to deliver a taste and delightfully grainy texture that will have you singing “me-oh-my-oh!”.
Artisan Tofurky® Spinach Pesto Sausages
At or near the top of anyone’s list of great flavors is authentic Italian pesto. Every day we look out the window of our Hood River, Oregon Tofurky plant at bins of apples being made into fresh apple cider next door. Inspired by this, we took this local fruit and combined it with Oregon potatoes and savory vegan chicken flavor for a unique sausage taste that is out of this world. Tofurky® Italian Sausage
